November has arrived and with a slight autumn breeze our birdbath could not be a prettier mosaic.
Mosaics can be a two fold love

Mosaic art is pieced together … a little bit at a time.
I have made mosaic designs on flower pots and stepping stones finding it peaceful therapy.This craft is fun to do, keeps me relatively out of trouble, and requires only simple, inexpensive household items.
The earliest known examples of mosaics made of different materials were found at a temple building in Abra and are dated to the second half of 3rd millennium BC. They consist of pieces of colored stones, shells and ivory.
